Founder or co-founder of several businesses, two of which are retail-oriented franchise companies, Mr. Caffrey has directed or advised on the negotiation of dozens of commercial leases in three countries.
As an international business consultant, he has developed criteria for and consulted on site selection for US and non-US companies in the United States, Central America and the Middle East. He has negotiated and directed leasehold improvements for retail and office space, including architectural renderings and blue prints as well as fixture and equipment specifications for application in domestic and international locales and the fitting out of numerous commercial spaces.
As a principal of Virginia-based Worldwide Business Brokers, Inc., he is proficient in business and commercial real estate valuations for sales, financing and estate purposes.

An owner and managing partner of Coldwell Banker Harbour Realty, Mr. Morgan, a native of North Carolina, has lived on Virginia's Eastern Shore since 1972.
Mr. Morgan began his career in real estate with Lassiter Realty in 1983 as a sales associate. He acquired his brokers license in 1987 and became a stockholder in the company. In 1990, he and his business partner, William H. Chandler, Jr., purchased the company. In 1996, they merged two other local real estate firms into Lassiter, acquired a Coldwell Banker franchise and re-named the company Coldwell Banker Harbour Realty. The April, 2004 issue of "National Relocation and Real Estate" magazine, listed Coldwell Banker Harbour Realty #1 of 135 firms in the United States as a "company to watch".
Specializing in investment properties, land development and office buildings, he brings a vast amount of experience to Coldwell Banker's commercial division.
